Terms of Service

Welcome to SSS Trading. These Terms govern your access to and use of any product or service operated by SSS Trading, a company registered in Bangladesh. By creating an account or using any of the Services you agree to these Terms.

01 The Services

The Services include the SSS Trading mother website (ssstrading.site), the nine SSS companies — Portfolio, Social, Tech Builder, Payments, Shipping, Books, Retail Ops, Affiliates, and Investments — and supporting surfaces such as B2B and Platform Admin. Analytics, AI assistance, CRM, projects, bookings, and communication capabilities are provided inside their owning products rather than as separate companies. A single SSS account grants access to each Service you enrol in. Messaging and calling capabilities — including our Lightcallers product, built on the WhatsApp Business Platform — are provided as a supporting service under these Terms.

02 Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 to create an SSS account, and at least 18 to enter into binding commercial transactions through the Services. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

03 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually-explicit material.
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party.
• Interfere with the integrity or security of the Services, or access them by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Use the Services in violation of Bangladeshi law or any other applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

04 Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content you grant SSS Trading a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, transmit, and reproduce it solely as needed to operate the Services and deliver the features you have requested. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

05 Third-party connections

If you connect a third-party account (Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, GitHub, Discord, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Spotify, payment gateways, or any other) you authorise SSS Trading to access and use the data and capabilities granted by that provider's OAuth consent dialog. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to the third party's own terms and policies. SSS Trading is not responsible for the content, availability, or actions of third-party services.

Messaging and calling features (including our Lightcallers product) are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta and are subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and acceptable-use policies in addition to these Terms.

06 Paid services

Some features (CV PDF downloads, premium templates, transaction processing, etc.) require payment. Prices, billing cycles, and refund policies are disclosed at the point of purchase and set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy. All amounts are payable in the currency stated. Taxes (including VAT where applicable) may be added.

07 Intellectual property

All software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content created by SSS Trading and made available through the Services are owned by SSS Trading or its licensors and are protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Services except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

08 Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

09 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSS Trading and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) BDT 5,000.

10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SSS Trading harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11 Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued operation poses a legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

12 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by a banner on the Services at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
