Data Deletion · SSS Trading

You can ask SSS Trading to delete your personal data from our systems at any time. This applies across all SSS products — Portfolio, Tech Builder, Social, Communication, Accounting, Affiliates, and every other product where you have an SSS account. One request covers everything. If you contacted a business through our WhatsApp integration (Lightcallers) and do not have an SSS account, see the WhatsApp section further down this page.

Our team will review your request and respond by email within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your identity before completing the deletion, we will reach out to the email or phone number you provided.

YouTube data is deleted within 7 days. Where your request covers data we received from the YouTube API — a connected channel's details, its statistics, or the access we hold to it — we complete that deletion within 7 days of your request, as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. You can also revoke our access yourself at any time from your Google security settings, which takes effect immediately. The 30-day window below applies to everything else.

What happens after you submit

Our admin team reviews each request manually and may contact you via the email or phone number provided to verify your identity.
Once verified, your SSS account is anonymised: name, email, password, and avatar are removed; status is set to deleted.
Personal data tied to your account (portfolio, social-account tokens, uploaded files, profile views, link-click logs, draft documents) is removed within 30 days. A workspace your subscription pays for is emptied completely, including work contributed by your team; an administrator must confirm that twice against an itemised list first. A workspace somebody else pays for is not touched — we remove your membership and your personal details, and its posting record stays with whoever pays for it.
YouTube data is deleted within 7 days. Where your request covers data we received from the YouTube API — a connected channel's details, its statistics, or the access we hold to it — that deletion completes within 7 days of your request, as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. The 30-day window above applies to everything else. You can also revoke our access yourself at any time from your Google security settings, which takes effect immediately.
You receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

What we retain

Bangladeshi law requires us to retain a small amount of data for limited periods even after deletion:

Tax and accounting records of paid transactions (typically 5 years).
Records related to a pending or threatened legal claim, until the claim is resolved.
Anonymised aggregate usage statistics that do not identify you.

Already removed our app from Facebook?

If you reached this page after removing the SSS Portfolio app from your Facebook account, your Facebook-derived data (Facebook user ID, page list, page access tokens) is automatically purged from our systems on receipt of Meta's deauthorisation notice — no further action is required from you. To delete the rest of your SSS account, please submit the form above.

Contacted a business through WhatsApp (Lightcallers)?

If you messaged or called a business number connected to our Lightcallers WhatsApp integration and want the data associated with your WhatsApp number deleted, email admin@ssstrading.site with the subject "WhatsApp Data Deletion" and include the WhatsApp phone number you used. You do not need an SSS account to make this request. We remove the associated message and call records within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law.
